About Us

A lifelong resident of and swimmer for the town of Weston, Nyle Linnard built an exceptional swim career over the last decade. Dedicated to his town teams, Nyle holds numerous Weston town swim records, Weston High School swim records and has been awarded multiple State All-Star awards and is an Academic All American.  Capping off his decade long swim career, in 2022 Nyle led the Weston Red Tide to an undefeated season, winning the 2022 Dual County League Championship, 2022 North Sectional Championship, and 2022 Massachusetts State Championship, and led highest performing team in Weston Red Tide's 50 year history. Nyle has also competed in youth triathlon at the highest level achieving a top 10 finish at USAT Youth National Championships prior to dedicating himself to swimming full time upon reaching high school.  

The Breakout Swim Coaching Approach: Nyle has always been a student of his own technique.  Regardless of the outcome of a swim, Nyle's approach has always been to re-watch his races moment by moment to identify the little areas to work on in his next practice to improve his next race.  

Using video of every race, he identifies both strengths and weaknesses and hones in on the individual aspects of technique and execution to unlock areas of untapped speed.  Despite competing at an elite level, identifying these areas for improvement has allowed Nyle to BREAKOUT of his previous level of performance and achieve new levels of success beyond what he thought was possible.  

Breakout to New Levels of Swimming Success: Nyle's passion for teamwork and helping teammates succeed has translated into a desire to help younger swimmers overcome the same challenges and plateaus that he encountered throughout his career.  Applying this same disciplined assessment of racing and technique, Nyle has been able apply this approach to his swimmers to allow them to BREAKOUT of what they thought were their prior limits of performance to achieve new levels of success.

Nyle's coaching is available through in person observation at a local facility that is convenient for both swimmer and coach, and also Nyle's swimmers have seen great success in virtual coaching via video analysis of his swimmer's races.
